More importantly, I hope that the renovate the residential units around the top back of that building. I went into them a decade ago and they should have been condemned at the time. That's probably why the corner windows are still boarded up.

This project makes an amazing impression on the neighbourhood and street scape... and when completed it will bring some much needed foot traffic to the area.... I love it so far
