The site plan was approved and released on the city's website. The elevations show the Seaholm condo tower as 341 feet 4 inches to the mechanical penthouse roof and 320 feet 10 inches to the main roof. The top floor height is 308 feet 10 inches. And it has 30 floors.

The elevations are files 035 and 036.

If this building were complete today it would be Austin's 15th tallest building.

This project has gone through several changes. The "tower" was first planned as a 10-story hotel and then switched to apartments. Now since there is a shortage of condos in downtown, the project has switched to condos. They're doing the site prep work now.

They have started pouring concrete and putting up their first foundational walls. This thread will soon be making the jump to the under construction board.

Nice pics. This weather is perfect for photos.

I've always thought the skyline looks a little awkward from the pedestrian bridge looking over to 360. This building and whatever happens on the courthouse block should help to balance it out.

Great picture, Kevin. Those two buildings will really help connect the skyline.

It was a little, but the floodgates are opened during high water to prevent it from getting too bad.
