I think so...

Altoria = portion résidentielle

the condos are almost 90% sold so I wouldn't worry about this project

Demolition was finished a few weeks ago. Excavation has been under way since January. (This is still only considered part of Stage 1 of construction) http://altoria.ca/en/project-evolution.php

BTW - the project will be 35 stories not 32. The title should be changed!

Good news. The project is now entering the "critical phase". Were it to be cancelled, we would be stuck with a huge hole on one end of Square Victoria. I know it has no reason to be cancelled though (just being paranoid)

again... why would they cancel if they already sold about 120 units (85%)? and there's plenty of time to find tenants for the 10 office floors,don't make me come there and slap some sense into you

Thanks for the updates y'all, it's good to see progress on this one. Montreal's finest new tower will start rising soon!

I'm very curious to see how this one is going to stand up next to BNC and Aon. Around 120 meters, this is no small tower for Montreal, but next to these two fat mofos, we never know what to expect.
