Very nice! Thanks for the update. Glad to see this massive surface lot being taken out. The lot is definitely closed. I went by today and there were only 3 cars on site when it usually full.

Yep a quick gander out my window confirms that the lot is in fact closed.

A ton of equipment on site today and the work in progress signs are up. I was driving by so didn't have a chance to take a pic.

Yeah it's between 18th and 19th, Baldwin Park and Spring Garden.

It's hard to get a good look but I believe they are installing caissons, there are 3 pile drivers on site.

Yes it does, the townhomes seen in the rendering will sort of act as the façade for the parking garage which will sit in the middle of the lot.
