UBC Documentary on Vancouver's Housing Market and "Tear Down Houses"

http://www.terry.ubc.ca/2014/10/28/t...t-nsfw-photos/

I came across this cool documentary about a couple guys who live in a Vancouver home that's slated to be torn down for re development and the current situation that Vancouver faces in the housing market.

There are some really interesting points and facts that get brought up throughout the documentary. I thought I would shared this as some of you might be interested in listening.

"On yesterday’s episode of Terry Project on CiTR we profiled Vlad and Andrew, two young guys who pay around $360 each a month to live in a big house along the Cambie Street Corridor. And they never paid a damage deposit. How do they pull it off? Well–you’ll have to listen to the show (which you will want to anyways: it’s pretty interesting)."
