Food truck Rally 5 Oct

From today's paper

Atlantic Canada’s first Food Truck Rally is coming to the Halifax waterfront.

Organized by the association in partnership with Waterfront Development, a provincial Crown corporation, the rally will be held at the Sands at Salter, next to Bishop’s Landing, from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 5.

There will be six food trucks involved in the rally, including five from Halifax and one, Amby’s Eats, from New Glasgow, Chavarie said.

Another truck might make the trek from the Valley.
Waterfront Development will offer free parking at its waterfront lots on Oct. 5 and free entertainment at Sands at Salter and Queen’s Landing Market.
