That's right, the CBC parking lots notwithstanding, the boulevard is now in full re-structuring mode, with smaller older buildings slowly being phased out and replaced with modern and much taller ones. I'd reckon that there is a good 30 years left of development before we can say R-L is fully built-out.

Taken today (I was standing on the top of "Dendrites", the new installation at the end of the park that replaces the old elevated Bonaventure Expressway.)

Barrington. This view doesn't have much in the way of highrises but I like how there are some relatively tall buildings with small footprints.
