Many have higher aspirations for our downtown than 'it'll be fine'. This is our Oxford Street, for God's sake.

That's my hope. The current proposal belongs on some forgettable street in North York or Vaughan, not downtown. It's about as pedestrian as you can get. If it gets built, we're going to be stuck with it for the next 100 years. This is one of the biggest lots available on our premier strip. Surely we can do better than some cookie cutter 'filler' development. Bring in some design talent this time.
