I wasn't really going for the boring corporate box style that everyone else seems to be doing.
As for the blades that stick out not having any use, they could be used to collect rain water which could then be used for the toilets.
You could have solar panels/windmills in them.
And they could also be used like chimneys to draw heat out of the building reducing the need for air conditioning in the summer.
Sure you probably couldn't build them that high, but we can dream.
And I agree that the poll would be more fair.
