Nope. They've converted it into a 5 story-tall Burger King. In celebration of this, BK has anounced their new Tower 2 Burger, the burger thats 2 tall 2 eat if you want 2 live 2 forty.

Sorry, can't help you. There was the Windows 7 Whopper that was released in Japan to coincide with the launch. Maybe it's more to your liking.

Isn't Morgan Stanley also currently looking for space at the WTC. (specifically this tower) I know its old news but its still being covered by various news outlets currently.
