No photos uploaded, but I'm a fan of Lijiang Old Town. The only sad part about it now is that it's almost entirely kitsch tourist shops, guesthouses, KTVs, and bad restaurants now, but the architecture is still really cool. The natural beauty of the area complements the courtyard homes and labyrinth of alleyways. Lots of little villages in the Lijiang valley at the foot of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain provide even more authentic glances (what things used to be like), but even these are starting to get taken over by tourist shops and the like. It's a shame from that regard, but it's still beautiful.
