^ Meh, I'd say it's the same as most cities, to be honest. There are a few really bad examples (Metropolis, Aven, Watermarke, the backside of Circa, etc.). Then there are some really well-done ones (Perla, Oceanwide Plaza, the western-most Spring St. tower, the front side of Circa). In the proposed, not-yet-built category, I'll agree with you that we have more regretful ones than we do good ones. And agreed that some sort of ordinance that requires active uses to mask parking podiums for street facing sides would do wonders to alleviate the problem moving forward.
