I didn't take a screenshot, but I remember it looking like Charlotte's Tyron Place proposal.

No, I don't work there, but I agree that the buildings are similar.

an evolving project that encompasses 14 blocks, with an additional office tower now in the design stage. This pedestrian-friendly complex provides a wide variety of activities and amenities.
Old news, Or hype train?

Thought some people on here might want to know that a small portion of the 3D Google Maps has been updated. It seems to include Downtown and portions a bit to the east, including some new apartments on Memorial and the southern portion of O4W. Mercedes Benz is built, but the Dome hasn't been demolished yet. It doesn't seem to include Midtown or Turner Field yet, so it's really just a small chunk of Downtown.

Looks like the Architects ditched the lattice design that rose above the top floor.

The previous design had the metal lattice design extending about 20-30ft above the top of the build8ng.

Note: Just click the project website link in the previous response and look at the background image of the office building. There looks to just be some glorified decorative rail around the perimeter of the roof.
Why do so many of our noteble architectural proposals get "watered down" in the town? (With the exception of all the JPX projects... lilli, Emerson...)

Pretty sure the background image you’re referencing is of the condo building, not the office building...

To be fair, they also flipped the orientation of the tower. The large braces are on the west side now, so we may not fully see them in that rendering.

This post in the other thread shows the orientation that lines up with the latest condo renderings.
