I have to say it kind of loses momentum on the sides, and the base is a bit too cluttered looking. Too many angles for such a straight, slender tower. But really it's one of my favorites. Wicked crown.

i like this building btw. i don't really like the base though; i think the overall simplicity of the tower really breaks down at the base. but it's pretty nice considering kpf's abundance of crap built durring the 80's and 90's. i also think the twin towers were a bad idea. i'd like to see something new and different built on the garage site.

Came across a proposal for Chongqing China that has a design very very similar to the Title & Trust Building.

Never knowing that this building existed, when I was in Chicago this summer, I remember being drawn to this building. Really is a unique design.
