It is listed as 617ft. From my vantage point, it looks like it is 100ft over the RATR.

Someone should take a trip to the City's permitting department and review the permit set of drawings. If I were not 3 hours away, I would do it myself.

It's angles like that that make me think this building could break the 600' mark (I know otherwise).

It's taken from Palumbo Rec Center [pulled off Instagram].

I believe that is the southwest corner of 15th Chestnut Street. Basically in front of the Staples store.
