Units in Arabella costs between $800,000 to $4 million. Construction crews so far have built about 16 concrete floors in Arabella. The tower is expected to deliver its first units in summer 2018.

The condo market has remained hot despite the slump. A number of buildings are in the works as people continue to move here.

At Arabella, the views will be striking, the design will be flashy and the swimming pools will be abundant.

Randall Davis and Roberto Contreras are building their newest condo tower with two resident swimming pools -- one indoor and one outdoor -- as well as "sky pools" on the terraces of 11 individual units.
"I don't even think they do that in New York," Davis said on a recent hard-hat tour of the building, which is expected to top out at 33 stories at the end of this month.

Nice looking building. NAN Properties mention on their website that this building is 399 ft tall.
