This is very true and there's loads of families from India, China, Mexico, Russia, Ukraine, South Korea and the Philippines that live 5-9 in a two-three bedroom apt or townhome and pool their cash resources together in many of these areas (the common white American doesn't seem to do this, however it makes great sense to cover high housing costs and expenses).
