[-...NEW YORK...-] bring on the darkness //Bx.Bk.Qns.Man.

I hope you guys enjoy this fall mix. The days are only getting dimmer as the city transitions to winter mode. Some neighborhoods featured in this thread include Marble Hill(Bx), Greenwich Village(Man), Bushwick(Bk), Sunset Park(Bk), and Richmond Hill(Qns).

Also, I'll be up in the Pacific NW starting next week if anyone wants to meet up! I'll be in Vancouver on Dec 1-6, Seattle 7-9, Portland the 10th and 11th, then back to Vancouver the 12th and 13th. Suggestions for stuff to check out along the way are also welcome!!

If you enjoy my photos, don't forget to check out my book here! (use promo code SAVETWENTY (all caps) for 20% off)

Dude, wow. Epic pictures of the sexiest damned city in the world. Your pictures are very well composed and just simply stunning.

Great pics as always.

BTW, the PROMO code isn't working anymore, just as a heads up to everyone else.

Another killer set. The area around the Henry Hudson Bridge is totally cool.

They're a mix of the Riverdale area of the Bronx and Richmond Hill in Queens. Note that the Spuyten Duyvil part of Riverdale doesn't even have sidewalks!

That bridge has the most obscure pedestrian path entrance I've ever encountered. You have to go under a highway, past a bunch of baseball fields along the Hudson, take a bridge over the Amtrak lines and then through some unpaved paths in Inwood Hill Park. All that, without a single sign along the way. Afterwards, you get rewarded with some great views and this sign...

Pfft, like that was going to stop me or something.

Now that's a beauty! The municipal building has got to be the best building in the entire city. Good angle!

And then theres this: http://www.flickr.com/photos/sabotai/5155253328/
This has got to be in the Bronx, the bronx has tons of art deco gems scattered around. There's so many good things to see in your threads, good job sir.

you can do no wrong. Looking forward to your take on the Pacific NW - I should have some time to meetup when you're in town. Expect a phone call...
