Not sure the realism of these renderings
But I'm very sure this tower has been approved by government and enivronmental department.

YESS!!!! more glass buildings, thank you!! especially in banciao area. they been building a lot of new grey/brown buildings lately. i like the design too. thanks for posting!!

btw, it doesnt look like its 50 floors.

This looks great, I like the lobby/lower levels. A very creative design there.

if u count the floors they dont add up to 50

isnt it spelled 'banciao'? that's the spelling i've seen.

Note sure, maybe I type in mandarin 板橋 will be clearer.
