good to see the project progressing so well thanks for the updates caltrane74.

Very nice twin tower apartment developement this. Like the general design and Roof alot and the height is good too.

i was wondering if you know of any big rendering of the roofs on the two skyscrapers that would be very cool to see

A lot of people seem to dump on the Gardiner expwy wanting to see it torn down, let me tell you when all these towers are constructed this will be one of the most spectacular drives (day or night) in North America

exactly. and considering the majority of these buildings along the gardner are new, glass skyscraper condos, it'll be amazing. too bad these weren't ocean front condos though. THAT would be amazing. the gardiner is still amazing for car commercials though

btw: isn't this U/C already? (construction crane)

Yeah, now that the crane has been installed they should be pouring concrete. But who knows, Tony had to move L Tower from proposed to the highrise construction thread. L Tower was almost at ground level when it was finally updated to the right sub-forum.

When it does move over the floors need to be updated to 57 floors and 67 floors.

Yes there is concrete foundation there. I see it with the rebar.

But alas... we may have to wait till Tony T comes along and moves this over to the proper subforum.

TORONTO | Ice Condominiums | 57 + 67 Floors | 202 Meters | 234 Meters

Whenever you guys get a chance.. Looks like they have concrete foundation.

Concrete forming continues on the base, parking level columns and the Elevator Shaft.

Moving along well, should see crane #2 shortly.

They are moving along well. At this pace they should be at-grade by summer, or sooner.

Thread moved, title changed, and I added your Toronto smiley to the thread. Does anyone have confirmed - or even reported - heights for these towers? If so, post them along with a credible source, and I'll edit the thread title accordingly.

234 Meters and 202 Meters.

Whippersnapper gets the numbers from the developer application filed with the city.

oops, I forgot, the heights have been increased these towers are 67 storeys and 57 storeys. they got a 2 floor increase early to middle of last year.
