HONGQIAO | TIPS China Building | 289.9 m | 67 floors

For long time has been announced in the skyscraperpage without any diagram, and recently has the status "on hold". But this building, that is located beside the Shanghai Tower (Pudong), has full activity and can be topped out by the end of the year. See below for the updated pictures.

^^ TIPS China Building is located in Hongqiao, and it is a never built proposal. The plot remains empty, and a big tower should be expected in a mid term.

The tower in those links is Taiping Financial Center, 208m.
