That's great news. But I'm not sure which part of the project is starting next year. What's most urgent is the tower, of course.

It will be the shopping centre and the hotel tower. The office tower only will follow, when there is an anchor tenant.

According to SSC, the Millenium Tower is still on, with a reduced height of 350 m.

The chances of the Millenium Tower being built are still close to zero. Even with the recent boom in the German economy there is simply no demand for such a huge skyscraper.

It looks huge from that side, but the other side is very slender.
The gross area is probably not that important.
