For a second there, I thought this was going to be an office tower.

Oh well...

There is another office tower coming as part of this development. It's close to starting up, but unfortunately won't be very tall....not tall enough to bother putting in this thread.

All those parking lots are slowly but surely filling in!

Regardless, all good.

Got grudging respect for the C-dot.

^^^there are a few exact such towers that are being built in Calgary as a matter of fact. the guardian, which will be 42 floors and 6th on 10th /31floors, are just two examples of several condo towers that are coming very soon to Calgary. the Calgary construction thread here at ssp list many if not all of the new tower proposals, and buildings that are actually being built. also here is a link to an article on the topic of Calgary up and coming condo projects with the addition of a few projects that are highly possible. the proposal for the Alberta boot is unlikely, as the properties for that site have been sold.(to bad)

Well it certainly looks like the office tower components of the project.

Nice.

Nice.
The residential towers don't really look very residential. They look better in real life than the renderings....thankfully

sorry about the wires!

Keynote from east by LUMIN8, on Flickr

this will be the only new downtown area high rise condo product ready for occupancy in 2013, so I think they timed it right, but I have no idea how many units they have left to sell.
