I have a Q:
The spire between the 2 towers is fascinating me , so I was wondering if it's going to have a special illumination in the dark hours ?

i don't know on this, but i think it will be

i have only celebration nights lights proposal pictures that is posted in ssp moscow gallery. but those only concept pics.
