^Haha...actually my post was just aimed to tease the occassional anti-california rhetoric we see posted from time to time.

They need something tall just to the right of 2 Union Square in this pic.
There's a gap in the skyline which MUST be filled!

The 40-story project at 1801(?) Minor, the 27(?)-story 8th & Seneca, and the ??-story building at Denny & Yale will nibble away at that gap.
In football they name the spaces between the offensive lineman -- a certain linebacker is responsible for a certain gap, etc. Maybe we should do the same with our skyline. Since this one is from Gasworks, we'd name the gaps G1, G2, etc. (What an astonishingly nerdy project that would be. Therefore it's right up our alley! Not that I'm offering.)
^"Not that I'm offering"... No, you're the man mhays.
8th & Seneca I think is to be 25 levels on top of some level of below and above street parking, maybe retail too. I think I calculated it to be ~30 level building. I might be wrong.
Bond, the gap on the left of Key Tower/City Hall tower is more serious.
The glob of vomit sculpted into the bulky, blocky Qwest building is even more serious--somebody really needs to do something about that...

I applaud any statement that I'm "the man", and I must say you're a good judge of people. However someone else can take command of the gap map.
Thankfully I missed noticing that one. Please don't show me.
That bulky abomination is probably the biggest pock mark in Seattle's cluster...to not notice it is like not noticing Rosanne getting trashed at a supermodel convention

Oh, the building itself! Olive8 will cover up part of it on its north/east (?) side.
Yeah, I've been hoping that will be the case--and maybe a few of the other new towers will block most or all of it from every other angle.

Yeah that's true, but unlike the 2 Union Square gap I don't realistically expect that one to be filled any time soon. Unless they tear down the jail.
