Oh Miami, there are so many changes happening to you right now, you are like a freaking teenager going through puberty...trying to figure out what's going on, all I know is that when Brickell City Center, Miami Worldcenter, Miami Design District, Miami Resorts World, AAF Grand Central Station, museum park, Overtown redevelopment, 1000 museum, Panorama tower, One Bayfront plaza, One Brickell City Center and Baylink or Skylink (or any link) are all done ( did I forget any major dev?) and when downtown comes back to life from the skeleton of a city it becomes at around 6pm you will truly become one bad ass town of high global stature, the potential for a top 5 alpha city is there it's just a matter of time.

Well, there's Banco Santander's Brickell Avenue world headquarters planned, but we still don't know if they are going to actually do it or not.

No, they are going to finish these three towers first. Notice the print in the square in the foreground of this first rendering. It says Future One Brickell CityCentre.

Armani Residences coming:

Related, Dezer teaming up for Pelli condo in Sunny Isles

Oscar Pedro Musibay
Reporter-South Florida Business Journal

The Armani Residences by Cesar Pelli is a project Dezer Properties and The Related Group plan to develop together in Sunny Isles, according to a source who asked not to be named.
The project is planned at 190th Street and Collins Ave. One source says units will range in size from two to four bedrooms and start at $1.4 million.
Dezer has gotten a lot of buzz recently for its development of the Porsche Design condo tower in Sunny Isles, which includes a mechanical parking system that raises condo owners' cars up to their unit.
The Argentine-born Pelli, whose New Haven, Conn., firm is Pelli Clarke Pelli Architects, is one of the world's most famous architects. He designed the Petronas Towers in Kuala, Lumpur, Malaysia, which were the tallest buildings in the world when they were built and the World Financial Center, which is across from the World Trade Center in Manhattan. In Miami, Pelli designed the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts

New rendering for 1010 Brickell, not to be confused with 1080 Brickell (Bond at Brickell). Like 1080 Brickell, 1010 Brickell is not actually on Brickell Ave but rather on the corner of SE 1st AVE and SE 10th ST where a parking garage currently stands.

I already posted this in the One Brickell CityCentre highrise and supertall proposals thread:

Swire is submitting a height of 1102 feet to the FAA for approval (1111 feet above sea level). Lets see if the FAA cuts off less than 102 feet.

Wow….I hope the FAA doesn't chop too much off of this proposal! I love how this one balances out the area with the Four Seasons to the south and Wachovia to the north…..!
