Maybe it's just renderings, but I've noticed that 111 W 57th and Schuylkill Yards actually look rather similar in terms of materials.

It's because they are both SHoP architects. I can only hope we will get something vaguely reminiscent of the Schulykill Yards renders and up to SHoP's standard quality! A lot will depend on cost. We don't have the wealth here to get a slender residential tower clad in terracotta, but we're more likely to get a stellar commercial project with big baller anchor tenants.

Nice! Is this top out yet? Suppose to be 80+ feet taller than RATR? Can't tell from my viewpoint of whether the concrete pumps have stopped or not.
