remember that american student who fell and died at capilano...

news just reported the coronor found he was on LSD at time of his death - apparently he and two fellow students took some on the bus trip up

LSD blamed in Capilano bridge death

Wow. Kids are still doing acid hey? I thought they had moved onto bigger things. I cant imagine Cap Susp Bridge would be a great place to be on a "trip".

Wasn't he the one that decided to stand on top of the railing at one of the lookouts. And didn't actually fall off the bridge itself.

Or am I mistaking him with someone else. As I clearly don't remember anyone falling off the actual bridge.

yes that is him.

i think however that we should let any discussion centred on him to rest. drugs can get the best of anyone... and here the results were fatal. there's not much point on blaming him or his family now that the real reason has been found.

i see. Yeah, there's only so much that Capilano or any other place can do to prevent accidents and deaths like this... and then the rest is up to chance. =O
