I think you have the steel reversed on the Bank of America tower. The tower part of the building is just starting to rise above ground now (1 or 2 floors).

You beat me to the same comment, amaddry. For some reason they're building part of the tower portion ahead of the other half. Doesn't make much sense to me, but that's the way it is.

There is no Tower Crane yet at Waterview Tower. Just the two smaller cranes you already have on there.
