Looks like they'll soon be starting steel of the 5th floor.

Just an observation: whenever I see a picture, or happen to be observing downtown. There almost always seems to be many more workers at the 351 site as opposed to the Fortis Place site. I always see at least 20 people at 351 and I only ever see like 5 or 6 at the fortis site xD

I'm sure there are more than 5 at fortis, and probably more than 20 at 351 but I think they must hide in the building

^ The steel in the center is probably the full height of the building, or very close to it.

I'd say it'll be a little bit higher since there is a mechanical penthouse to go up as well.

The top of the existing column will be the roof of the penthouse. That's it folks. Lets hope for good weather so the steel erectors can put some steel up! Wind and Rain slowed things up last week!

Thanks for the update; I can live with that height. Can't wait to see what the building will look like when fully enclosed.

If that is true then it won't be a full 6 floors of office space. I only count 4 floors so if what your saying is true then there will only be 5 floors built plus the pent house judging by looking at it now. Something doesn't seem right..

Nice graphic, Jeddy . I think it's hard to differentiate between the fifth and sixth floors because they're being constructed at the same time. I thought the same thing as bellerophon a couple of weeks ago when I was eyeballing one of the pics.

First floor of 351 Water will have retail and a large restaurant space. Has anyone heard what may be going in there? I think it'd be a great spot to open a Red Lobster, but hey, that's just me.
