Man, BS, your place got ripped over the weekend in Jeff Pinhey's blog:

He's getting to be almost as sour as his brother.

Yeah he tore the HH a new one fur sure.....
Here's my responce.....
I can see his point, the this policy may not seem just,
and to be honest,
I didn't make the policy myself...and I not the biggest fan of it...however....
if someone is going to attempt to bring homemade food into an establishment....and consume it.
...best to call ahead to see if it is even allowed on the premasis....
in a way, it is comparable to try and bring home brew into a nightclub....now that wouldn't fly now would it?.....
now mind you there are regions of the world that have a flourishing...
Bring your own wine....
resturant industry......
and they have a fee known as a
corking fee...
this is exactly the same......and let me tell you that anyone who brings there own cake in, will then ask for plates and cutlery, all of which need to be washed afterwords,,,,and lots of napkins......
none of this is free.....also he Say's the cake was small?....and it was going to serve 18 people?.....
.couple last points...
we bake and sell our own cakes..and sell them...along with food and Booze.....that's why we are a business....
also....many, many restaurants have the exact same policy....
so I resent the ASS label a bit....those are my counter arguments...
.but I do see how it can be annoying....so like I said, call ahead to the of restaurant of choise next time.....I am going to review the policy though....
