One more parapet column to go: the middle column of the south-eastern façade.

I'm holding out hope that it goes in today! Then I'll be counting the spandrels.

Guys, not to rain on anyone's parade, but these aren't the final columns... The top has both an interior and exterior set of columns like the base did. The gray ones are the interior (as they were on the base). Additional red ones will be going up around these.

We know that, it's just exciting that the perimeter structure is almost complete.

Not to pick nits, but perimeter would suggest the exterior, not interior columns...

I know what perimeter means. I think the guy you were replying to was also referring to the perimeter columns.

I'm just curious, is there any earthcam cameras that have a live view of the wtc?

I used to be able to view 1 WTC on Livestream - this was the stream that I watched - http://www.livestream.com/private/oneworldtrade but then they made that channel password protected. I've been trying to find out the password to that stream (it's how I ended up here - I found SSP in around November but didn't join til February... when I was searching, it was giving me results to SSP and the webcam links that were posted here). Their camera wasn't zoomed in on 1 WTC like it is with Earthcam or the PANY/NJ webcam, but it was a live stream.

That was the intention of all this, yes. The problem is there are two more towers that still need to be built before you can truly call it that, maybe three! Someone has to come through in the clutch here.
