So that old BellSouth deck is the other half of the block that's not being developed so far. Though that is actually closed now and not in use. So I'm not sure what's going on with that. It's a huge eyesore, kills the street experience there altogether. You couldn't really build anything like that today. Hopefully it will be torn down and developed soon.

I predict they will build student housing on top of it. That deck is way too valuable to tear down.
