Thanks for the info. That's the purpose of this forum, to share information and comment on developments in Hamilton. I am a busy professional myself and find this site useful to feed my need to know what's going on in terms of development in Hamilton.

Everyone would appreciate that in the future, if you wish to contribute, that you please be a little more unpretentious in your comments.

^ Exactly right. The Hamilton forum is rich in content and snark is at a minimum. Contributions of information are always welcome. Sarcasm is not.

I can tell you for a fact that BOTH buildings are not 100% rentals. I own a unit in 150 Main. There are somewhere around 110 rentals in 150 and 40 remaining condo owners. I'm surprised you didn't know that...

Looks like this thread hasn't been active for a while. Time to bring it back

Can anyone direct me to a link where I can see some building information/ drawings for this development?

Can we talk about how hastily it seems these commercial units were added into this development? There is literally a door that opens over a ventilation grate. I hope these fill up as the block around it fills in, but I'm not pleased with these as they stand.

Didn't he sell Regency and 150 and now only owns the hotel?

Interesting that they only bought 140 not 150. Was 150 where all the condo units ended up being, and was none of 140 sold as condos?

150 is all condo units so there is nothing to sell to an institutional investor like Quadreal. It’s all owner by a bunch of individuals.

Vranich’s hotel business is hurting big right now so he’s probably not doing too hot.
