Good progress on the north end of the L1 walls and posts with alot of concrete pours completed.

Major storm water and sewer installation underway for the new subdivision at NW corner of Sunningdale and Adelaide. Been digging here for a couple of weeks and installing major trunk sewer lines. The city needs to move up the timeline for the Sunningdale Rd and Adelaide St widening. 2030 is too far out as all the homes will be built out long before then.

Forming and steel rebar for ground floor slab well underway for the Marketplace building.

North end ground floor slab is now poured. Have steel rebar up for 1st floor posts.

Poured the south end of the ground floor slab now. Steel rebar continuing for first floor posts on north end.

Looks like they have now poured most of the 2nd floor slab and even are forming the 2nd floor elevator/stairwell shaft walls now on north end.

Pouring the foundation for the south wing of the L shaped building. This runs along Sunningdale rd.

Now framing the 2nd floor walls in wood. Looks like this will be a wood framed building with concrete blocks for elevator/stairwell core.

Completed the foundation for the east west side of L shaped building now. 3rd floor wall framing almost done on the north south wing. Building the elevator shaft concrete blocks for 4th floor now.

4th floor walls now completed on the north south building. Nearly have the ground level steel rebar complete for east west wing of project. Should see a big concrete slab pour soon.
