yep, thats what i meant, haha.

For me, big news is either what I posted above involving sears or Vancouver's Turn.

Besides that big news for me would be another 150+ meters tower with a great design, or the proposed Lion's Gate replacement going forward and Lion's Gate will be retooled into a bike / pedestrian / transit bridge.

If it is just another multi 10 to 20 story tower redevelopment, that is not big news, that happens all the time, haha.
