That's the way they came from the developer. Probably shows placement of a jumbotron or something.

I heard something in the news (here in Vegas) about some parking garage that they plan on passing that will completely block the view of 10 floors in one of the condo towers. Owners are already pissed. I'll have to find the article...

They should build underground parking garages that store the cars using elevators and conveyer belts. It is space saving and very futuristic and you never to actually park the car yourself heh.

I haven't heard about another parking garage that will block views. There is the existing garage next to Vdara and it's really big, but it is already there and not a surprise to condo buyers, so you must be talking about something else. They started building another gigantic parking garage behind the Monte Carlo, but it's no where near any condos and the people at Monte Carlo will be very happy to have a new garage since their old one was imploded.

Thanks MrVegas! It's always exciting when the first bits of facade are added. The hue seemed warmer in the renderings.

Thanks for the pictures again mdiederi. I think the sawtooth effect of the glass is going to be awesome when it is complete.

Taken on July 23, by me. From Frank Sinatra Drive. I will take more tommorow if I pass by the site again.

Though not too tall, the enormous scale of the development, especially the main building, will truly create a "central" presence to the south Strip, if not all of Vegas.

This thing is massive.

Nice photo update, mdiederi! I love desert skies. I remember I couldn't stop looking at it the last time I rode in a car to Vegas.

Yup, great shot, I wonder how feasible it would be to take a shot from that employee parking garage in the front of the CC complex.

Veer is going to be awesome when it gets a little more hight!
