Sathyalal, I guess you took the picture. You definetley were in a better position to take picture with the landscape. If you do not mind, could you please tell us where did you take this picture from? Also, could you please share some idea about the other stuctures coming up nearby?

Does anyone know what happened to Vallarpadam project construction. Because ground breaking ceremony was over in December and there is no news or construction photos after that in newspapers. Any problems again?

Sahara grace already launched and they sold 40 flats in pre launch offer .
This is coming right opposite to Transasia building at Seaport airport road.
This is a very high end project , prelaunch price was 3000/sqft , which is scheduled to be revised to 3300 hopefully by this month end. It will increase 20psf every 2 floors up.

It has three 25 floor towers, four 20 floor towers and some 11 & 9 floor towers Plus a 2lac Sqft Mall with Multiplex and a 4 star hotel .

Is there some one who travels by sea port airport road , please check the plot opposite Transasia building , its 15 acres. Please check if they really started construction on the plot, when i was in Kochi , i had seen big hoardings of Sahara...

This is great news! This is a shift from the traditional listings. Arbitron is a pretty big media marketing outfit in the US and especially important to note that it is an all american outfit rather than an Indian owned or malayalee owned american company, which was what a good deal of companies in Kochi were earlier. This is a significant aspect because it reinforces the fact that kochi is now indeed being seen as a destination choice by truly international companies. Let's hope to see more such break out ventures, start to happen. That will definitely fuel growth and exciting opportunities there.

That is a really good location, given that the new road to Smart city begins just meters from there. And yes, like I said, there is some activity already going on there. They have been clearing up the area for some time now. Temporary shed for workers have also been built. So construction should begin soon.

By the way, are you sure about the mall and multiplex? The hoarding does not mention any - just duplex, pent houses and apartments.

I could manage only a quick shot. Sorry for the poor clarity. Didnt have a good cam with me, and the lighting didnt help either.

The construction of the new road to Smart City and InfoPark from Seaport-Airport road is also progressing well. There are many streams on the way, and construction of bridges are going on now.
