Great update. Thx! Of foster topic but did you notice if the green/yellow building on daive has started its reno? Can't tell if its vacant or not

I walked by several times and didn't notice anything going on. I'll have a closer look next time I'm down there.

The privacy dividers on the balconies are full height! I think that's the only time I've ever seen that

Really commendable that they've used curtain wall extensively.
They could've just as easily cheapened the facade with window wall given the fact that it's just a rental building.

This is a premium location though - it may be a rental building but it's definitely in the luxury segment (other than the subsidized housing units at the lower floors of course).
