Most people are unable to distinguish between great photos (like yours) and terrible ones (most of the photo forum, and interwebs in general). I think your thread deserves to be at the top.

Great shots, love how you captured the mood of the place. You are surrounded by models! The setting sun sets it all aglow. It reminds me of the music video for All I Need by Air. Thanks for sharing.

Amazing swan song to your life in LA, just fantastic. You seemed to capture a much more authentic perspective than what is traditionally shown, thanks for that. Good luck in college, it is indeed the best time of life, so full of excitement and opportunity, and there's no better place to do that than New York.

I think the reason your thread didn't get to 3 pages of replies is there has been an over saturation of LA threads lately. People see LA here, in movies, and TV I think forumers are craving something new and fresh. You have great skills and we all realize that. You are poised to have an excellent life and I look forward to collaborating with you on some film projects pm me and we can discuss.

Thick send off, Illith. You've done good.

Enjoy NYC. I can't wait to see what your perspective on the place is.

Didn't you move to Seattle from Southern California?

I relocated to Seattle from SF back in September 2015. And now I'm moving to LA in October.
