The park portion looks quite nice in the summer. It's a nice little greenfill park. It'll be nicer once the trees there mature. As for the Balfour lot, I'd like to see the building going up on the William Thomas lot fill it up, or at least to see it landscaped.

^Let's hope something gets built there before those trees are allowed to mature. I feel quite confident about that, incidentally. This city has definitely turned a corner in that regard.

So my memory is a bit foggy on this one. All the upper floors have been gutted out and are being reno'd into residential space. Is that about right?

I've been wondering about the need for a lift but I suppose it would add a lot of value to those spaces and link the two buildings together, of course.

Anyway, looks great. Can't wait to see what's next for Core Urban!

It looks fantastic in person. It'll look even better once the stucco gets a clean up and Chuck's moves in!

With Chuck's on the main floor, that is gonna be one amazing building and block. If we can get someone moved into the old Reardon's space, and the old Windsor hotel down the street, King William is gonna be hot once again.

Do we know which corner Chuck's is going in? Do we know it's not the old Reardon's?

I also kinda assume it's going in the Empire Times bldg.

If the lots on the south side ever see some development the street could be one of the city's finest.

I was just considering James to John there, but imagine the changes we could see if the large parking lots on both sides between John and Walnut were to get developed.

These people were outside this building the other day, and went inside shortly after. I took a super (not really) stealth pic.

Haha nice one!

That building would look amaze-balls if it were cleaned up a little. Under that paint is limestone and brick.

Keep up the good work, 008. We're counting on you.

I agree. I don't mind the variety store, but that empty space could be an awesome addition to King William.

Definitely with you on cleaning off the paint. I know there's limestone under there but I wonder what colour the brick is.
