San Francisco Magic

Went to the Bay Area last week for about 3.5 days. It was a short visit but had an absolute blast. After extensive travel, SF remains one of my most favorite cities of the world. The vast sea seen from just about everywhere, the hills and valleys that generate nooks and crannies, the whimsical architecture, the vibrant colors, the...errrm...quirky people. All intersect to form a sublime dream.

Fantastic. If SSP had a Hall of Fame this thread would make it easily.

Great photos! I love the brief shot of Oakland in there.

Honestly...I'm speechless. Probably the best San Francisco thread I've ever seen on here. AMAZING.

One of the best SF photo threads I've seen on here. Looks like the city even gave you some rare awesome weather. Great set!

Yeah, I was going to post something like "wow" or "holy ****" but everyone beat me to it.

When were these taken? It looks like SF had some amazing L.A. weather going on.

Great work. I love all your stuff, especially your NYC studies. Was hoping you'd do an SF thread and here it is. Nice.

My thoughts exactly about this being the single best SF thread on here. Beautiful shots from great vantage points. Bravo. This does an amazing city real justice.

San Francisco, for sheer beauty, nothing like it in the U. S. I lived in that building at 1000 Union for a while in the late 80s-early 90s.

There have been a lot of great SF threads on here, so I'm reluctant to say this is the best, but I will say there is none better.

Excellent & outstanding work streetscaper!
