Looks like they're starting to work on the outside of the existing portion of the TD tower in Halifax. It's going to have clear glass cladding, glass awnings over the ground floor, and a mix of granite, sandstone, and copper detailing around some new storefronts that will be added.
Like One Wall in Vancouver, this is one of those buildings that has been flawed since it was first built (40 years ago, not 10 years ago). It has extremely small floor plates on upper levels and no windows on one side. It's also gotten worse in recent years as the owner has done some odd patch jobs on parts of the facade.
