@ Lupus, the status isn't Renovation ??? It seems to be, while the highrise structure would be kept, but with other lowrise around. Btw, I am planning already 2 diagrams for it, with front and rear view.

@MKmillenium : At first , I also thought it´s a renovation , but now I think that the modification of the old building is more than a new front ... the structure of the old highrise is --- more or less -- radically changed , in particular the first floors . But do like you think ...we could discuss about it for a long time .

Renovation means the structure beeing kept and the facade totally remade. This is the case for the 12-storey highrise. The only new thing is the 6-storey lowrise replacing the old 2-storey retail part. So my opinion is more Renovation for highrise and new built for low part. But great, as you mind.
BTW, The diagrams are done. I can not upload until your request is made.
