The first 4 floor induce malaise and discomfort in my eyes. The rest is ok i guess.

It certainly won't win a Governor General's architecture award.

Actually the top part is what bothers me. I get this suspicion that the top floors will all be done in that grey coloured aluminum that has a tendency to show up on a lot of condo projects. I can take a small dose of it, but I don't like the thought of it being the main exterior cladding.

This has gone up incredibly fast. I hope this will give a good kick in the butt for the two other projects on this lot. (The 10-12 storey buildings along de la montagne and murray/wellington. )
