That's another possibility. I'll think about the options... there's no rush. I usually do an update monthly.

Has this one on the Burnaby/Coquitlam border made the list? No official height but at 49 storeys plus a crown and some double height retail floors at grade its probably between 155 - 160M

I'm still looking for 41 Roehampton in the database. At 48 floors, it should squeak onto this list...

No way. The condo was dissolved. Gotta say height gained but, losing a little architectural value and a lot in diversity of housing.

It's also 161.8 metres including mechanical

**edit.

In case of confusion, the midrise no longer fits the neighbourhood context here. I don't mind the tower proposal. It just looks like other towers down the street. The loft building was different not just to Roehampton but, Toronto as well.

More height at Y & E if it gets built...

Yea, that Loft building looks really neat. I was honestly hoping they'd build a plaza or some kind of open space....it would be very central and Roehampton serves ALOT of people and will serve even more in the next 10,15,20 years.

There is open space between this tower and E Condos North. Unfortunately, the towers don't provide any frontages to animate the space and it doesn't (yet) connect to Eglinton. There is a subway entrance at the southern dead end which does provide a practical application and convenient short cut for those heading home.

These proposals collectively are adding downtown densities without the downtown amenities and convenience. I just don't get the attraction. I hope the city is already pursuing to get a new north south street built between Yonge and Redpath and is encouraging active mixed use frontages with the most recent proposals.

Thanks guys, but I'm a bit of a computer illiterate and have no idea how to use Paint or PDF files. I'm pretty good with Excel though but not much else. I'll look for guides on YouTube.

That's exactly it, except I use paint.net instead of MS Paint.

Problem is, I followed instructions and I can't edit the PNG file. When I open the saved PNG file, a big long small picture appears, and I can't zoom it in and save it zoomed with the zoom I want. I'm stuck with original zooming.

I don't copy/paste the entire spreadsheet at once. I take multiple print-screens and stitch them together one at a time (in paint.net) as I scroll down.

Just need 1 or 2 more for Toronto to get over 50 for 200 meter towers.

This summer, things are gonna heat up, I have a feeling.
