234-238 E. 23rd St. is a 20-story luxury condominium building located in the center of the Gramercy neighborhood, which contains 57 residential units. The aesthetic idea behind the building was to recreate the feel of a historic Soho style warehouse with a contemporary twist. This is accomplished through the use of open space and large warehouse-style windows throughout the building. The building also features amenity spaces such as a lounge, state-of-the-art fitness center and two rooftop terraces.

That second rendering is nice. New one I presume compared to the old. Seems like it gained some height too which is great.
