Lol, I know, I know.

Being very honest, I can't betray someone who has shared information (and is tied to this project) with me. I know people hate when we post vague info but that's all I can do. I'll refrain from saying anything if that helps, don't mean to be annoying!

It’s all about finances at this point, sources say.

The site is cursed and nothing will be built here. The forum mobs are restless!

None of you know what’s going on with this project. I think it’s time to stop posting opinions and wait for something to happen that actually confirms solidly whether it’s happening or not. This thread is getting bumped for nothing.

Actually a few on here know a bit, but I will stop posting anything because it obviously bothers people when I can't say how I know what I know.

Agreed that we shouldn't post here until we have news, etc on project. I'll hold off

I’m actually not bothered by your posts, since you have something to go off of, and I don’t doubt that you are telling the truth. I just get tired of the “I don’t think it’s happening” posts that keep this thread bumped.

Are these real pieces of heavy equipment and not cardboard “cut-outs” they keep moving around?

Anybody familiar with this project?
I'll be really happy once Opus Place starts going up.

From what I've heard....apparently, 90% of the site prep work was done last year, which involved removing tens of thousands of tons of dirt and bedrock. They needed to know how far down they could go, in order to finalize the design of the building. There's only going to be one level below grade since the bedrock on site was so thick.

I guess the next steps are to finish the site work and construct a shoring wall.
