Also, 150 Pearl Street was rejected by the City.....further negotiations will occur.

At this point, knowing this continues the sense of overbuilding on Yonge, I'd hope the retail is okay on here. Not goin to be as good as it had been, but maybe it will be in a few years.

I bet we'll see a bank, dry cleaners, Hero Burger and if we're lucky, a Rexall.

Now for something a little different. Currently u/c for next year which will jump Canada's Wonderland into a three way 2nd place tie with Cedar Point in Ohio, and Ankapark in Turkey for parks with the most roller-coasters at 17.

#1. Six Flags Magic Mountain has 19

Also it should be noted the track will be brown and green to go with the forest theme of the part of the park it's in, not orange and green as shown here.

A couple from Halifax:

Queen's Marque. This one has a few different parts and they are being built at different rates. The part on the right has barely started. You can see two different floor heights for the two segments that have been built. The taller floors are for office and the shorter floors are residential.

At least the old houses are spared with this proposal.

The King Portland Centre looks solid. (Your post is a bit...oppressive but good nonetheless, thanks)
