This may have been posted, but I'm posting this because the site is being demolished. This is an 11 floor boutique residence....just south of the Yonge and Eglinton area. It's replacing some retail buildings and a car maintenance establishment.

I really like that rental building. The office tower has a very 80's feel to it.

Urgh almost seems like Vancouver can do no wrong... I don't remember the last time I was really disappointed with a Van proposal.

Most of the bad ones don't make it all the way to the Canada section, there's plenty of crap being built too.

No, Vancouver tends to stay away from that and replace it with bland Vancouver style condos. Nothing too ugly but nothing too exciting, in my oh so humble opinion.
